At Acton Academy Carlsbad, we don't just focus on academics, we focus on the whole person and helping them find their place in the world. Where schools have classrooms and teachers, we have studios and guides. At Acton Carlsbad, we turn learning back to the learners themselves, trusting them while always here to guide them when appropriate because after all, this is their journey.
Elementary Adventure Studio

Our Adventure Studio generally meets 1x a week for exciting real world quests and adventures and is geared to support learners between the ages of 5-9 years.
Middle School Discovery Studio
Launching Fall 2022
Our Discovery Studio runs as a hybrid model meeting 2 days a week and covers core skills, civilization, quests and socratic discussion. Discovery is geared to support learners between the ages of 8-14.
